Receive 50% deposit on tooling and sample order → Hold meeting with relevant departments → Design pattern, fixtures, and gauges → Purchase mold steel → Machining → Inspection → Send sample with initial inspection report.

Mass Production: 90 days after sample approval. Includes transportation time. Special arrangements can be made for urgent needs.

9. What basis can we buy goods?

We typically offer FOB and CIF prices. CIF includes freight to your nominated sea port. We handle clearance via local freight forwarders. All local costs and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

10. What are the payment terms?

Payment terms are negotiable. Initially, 50% deposit on tooling, balance upon sample acceptance. Production orders may vary. We prefer 50% deposit and balance by T/T before sailing, but T/T 30 days after sailing is also acceptable.

12. How long does it take to ship goods from China by sea?

Approx. 5 weeks to European ports + 1 week customs = 6–7 weeks total. 2 weeks to East Coast USA, 3 weeks to West Coast USA. All shipments leave from Qingdao Port.
