Pressure Seal Check Valve
This pressure seal check valve is designed for high-pressure environments, offering a secure and reliable closure. The pressure seal bonnet enhances the sealing performance under elevated pressures, while a bolted bonnet option is also available to suit different customer needs.

The unique pressure seal design features a metal-to-metal seal that becomes tighter as the internal pressure increases. Initially, the soft iron gasket is compressed against the tapered surface of the bonnet, creating a tight seal. The thin knife-edge of the gasket is securely wedged between the body and the bonnet. The shallow angle ensures that even a small upward force on the bonnet will result in a strong seal. Once the initial seal is formed, the joint remains leak-free regardless of thermal or pressure fluctuations within the valve. After assembly, no further adjustment of the bonnet cap screws is required.
