I’m truly honored to step into this leadership role and guide Autodesk into its next chapter. Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of watching this incredible company evolve, innovate, and grow into what it is today. It’s a testament to the hard work, creativity, and dedication of our global team. Together, we’ve built something special—and with your energy and vision, we’re just getting started. Autodesk has always been driven by two core pillars: product innovation and business execution. From the early days of transforming how design was documented, to bringing 3D design to the mainstream, and becoming a leading technology company, we’ve consistently pushed boundaries. We were pioneers in cloud-based design, mobile access, and subscription models—and now, we're redefining what it means to make in the digital age. The future of Autodesk isn’t about one or the other—it’s about the perfect blend of innovation and execution. We need to excel in both, all for the benefit of our customers. That means not only delivering powerful tools but also creating exceptional experiences that help our users succeed. Our mission remains clear: to empower people to create a better world through design and technology. As exciting as this new chapter is, it’s also bittersweet. Amar Hanspal has made the difficult decision to leave the company after an incredible 30-year journey with Autodesk. He and I have shared countless moments, from big wins to tough challenges, and I’ll miss his leadership and insight. I want to sincerely thank him for everything he’s contributed—his impact on our team, our products, and our culture will never be forgotten. With Amar’s departure and my new role, I’ve asked Scott Reese to take on the acting leadership of the Product Development Group, and Lisa Campbell to lead Business Strategy & Marketing. I know this transition won’t be easy, and I deeply respect the legacy they’ve built. I’m committed to ensuring a smooth handover and continuing to support the team as we move forward together. Every day, I feel grateful to be part of this company and to serve our customers. I can’t wait to connect with you—our customers, partners, and investors—in the coming months. I believe in the future of Autodesk, and I’m confident that our best years are still ahead. Together, we’ll continue to help people bring their ideas to life and make a real difference in the world.
