Machine Features:
The rolling device ensures even feeding of film strips into the compactor. The compactor crushes and compacts these materials into the extruder for plasticization and pelletizing. This system offers low energy consumption, high performance, and produces beautiful, regular pellets that are ideal for further processing. The vacuum filtration system enhances degassing and filtering efficiency. Materials are cut, pre-dried, pre-heated, homogenized, and compacted in the shredding drum. It can process various materials directly without needing upstream shredding, significantly reducing operational costs. The power consumption per kilogram is low (0.39kW/kg for film, 0.29kW/kg for flakes), with high throughput and reduced floor space usage and operator requirements.
