Performance and specification of Φ60mm horizontal stripping machine:

1. Application: suitable for PVC and PE material production, plasticizing 100%, used to work together with Φ50-90mm extruder.
2. Screw: Φ60mm, designed using the latest technology to ensure stable and reliable performance. Material: SCAM-1, HRC: 60-63, L/D ratio: 25:1. There are two screws, one for PVC and the other for LSHF.
3. Screwed cylinder: Φ60mm nitriding + precise grinding + nitriding, material: 38CrMoAl internal walls hardness HRC63-76.
4. Extrusion capacity: 60L/H.
5. Gearbox: high strength, polishing hard toothed surface ZLY-133 type.
6. Heating: 7 segments (4 for machine body, 1 for machine neck, 2 for stripping nozzle).
7. Cooling: automatically cut off heating when temperature exceeds set value and activate cooling blower.
