Bohai Drilling Co., Ltd. has successfully researched and developed Dema Chromatographs through intensive research. In recent days, four vehicle-mounted gas detectors equipped with Dema series chromatographs have been officially employed.

The Dema series chromatograph independently developed by Bohai Drilling Co., Ltd. has begun mass production, and the core components of the Dema integrated logging unit are about to get rid of imports.

Chromatography is one of the core components of Bohai Drilling Dema comprehensive logging equipment and has always depended on imports, which greatly limits the production, sales and maintenance of the instrument. In the past, the state parameters of the chromatograph were directly indicated less, most of the parameters needed to be measured with the instrument, and the error was very large. The operator was required to have rich field experience, the operation process was time-consuming and laborious, and the error was easily generated. The newly-developed Dema series chromatograph has broken through the traditional analysis and control system using two technologies: tie rod valve and rotary valve. It has developed a series of technologies that do not require high-pressure motive gas, have a theoretical life of more than 50 million times, a small volume of 50%, and a faster reaction speed. The electromagnetic control valve of the road realizes a sensitivity of 5PPM, and a rapid analysis of the analysis cycle of 30 seconds, using 15 seconds less than before. Means that it has reached the international level of similar products.

On December 1st, Bohai drilled four on-board gas measuring instruments equipped with Dema series chromatographs to reach the Changqing market and formally took posts. This indicates that the Demar series chromatograph independently developed by Bohai Drilling Co., Ltd. has achieved mass production and changed the history of the importation of the core components of the Dema Integrated Logging System.

The 50% smaller, faster response multi-channel electromagnetic control valve realizes a sensitivity of 5PPM, a rapid analysis cycle of 30 seconds, and 15 seconds less than before. Field tests show that Dema Chromatograph has reached the level of similar products in the world.
