Since the implementation of the project, Xigong Group has applied for 13 patents in total, including 4 invention patents and 9 utility model patents; it has overcome the overall processing technology of scroll compressors, crankshaft machining, eccentric sleeve machining, etc. A series of key manufacturing technologies; self-developed key tooling equipment such as deep hole machining, eccentric outer diameter fixtures, etc.; and an annual production capacity of 1.8 million scroll compressor crankshafts and plain bearing assemblies. In 2007, the project product achieved a sales revenue of 37.82 million yuan, a total profit and tax of 4.53 million yuan, and an export value of 800,000 US dollars.
On July 22, 2008, entrusted by the Guizhou Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Guizhou Provincial Department of National Defense Industry and Engineering organized relevant experts to Guizhou Southwestern Tool (Group) Co., Ltd. to undertake the 2006 Provincial High-tech Industrialization Demonstration Project “Scrolled Compressor Crankshaft†And Industrialization of Sliding Bearing Components" for acceptance.
