Qingdao Higher Education Software Co., Ltd. and Qingdao University of Science and Technology were approved to jointly establish the National Tire Technology and Control Engineering Technology Research Center. This is the only national engineering research center in the field of tire technology and control in China. The center will face the entire tire industry and fully integrate various technological resources. In response to major key, basic and common technical problems in the tire industry's process and control field, the center will carry out systematic, complementary and engineering research and development through various means including independent research and development, production, study and research, digestion and absorption and introduction of technologies. Promote the industrial restructuring of the tire industry and improve the overall level of informatization, and achieve energy-saving emission reduction and intensive development. In recent years, with the rapid development of the automobile industry and the transportation industry, China's tire industry has also entered a period of rapid development. At present, China is already the world's largest tire producer. However, there is still a large gap between the world's advanced level in the field of process and control technology, and it is still not out of the "big but not strong" situation. The implementation of the National Tire Technology and Control Engineering Technology Research Center project will not only provide a high starting point for Qingdao's soft control technology work, but will also further promote the independent innovation capability of China's tire industry. We equipped with advance automatic screen printing machine, inkjet
screen making machine, autowashing & heatsetting machine which allow
us to make the Flag size up to 2*6 meters with 7 colors. Our factory
occupy the area of 3000 square meters, employ about 200 works,provide
the production daily capacity for 12000 ~15000 square meters. To protect
the environment,we also build the water recycling system according to
the standard of national environment protection.
