Adjustment of the matching clearance of each part of the bearing: When the clearance is too small, the amount of oil will decrease, and the heat generated by the friction will not be taken away, and the temperature of the bearing will further increase; when the clearance is too large, the dynamic characteristics of the bearing will be changed, causing the rotor to operate.
