Submersible pump does not have water or insufficient flow

The main reason for the submersible pump during the operation is insufficient or no water flow and the elimination method:

1. The installation height of the pump is too high, so that the impeller immersion depth is not enough, resulting in a decrease in the water output of the pump. (Control the allowable deviation of the pump installation elevation, can not be expanded at will) 2, the pump steering is reversed. (Before the pump is tested, first idling the motor, check the steering to make it consistent with the pump. If the above situation occurs during use, check whether the phase sequence of the power supply changes) 3. The outlet valve cannot be opened. (Check the valve and always maintain the valve) 4. The water outlet pipe is not smooth or the impeller is blocked. (Clean up the blockage of the pipeline and the impeller, and often salvage the debris in the reservoir) 5. The wear ring at the lower end of the pump is seriously worn or blocked by debris. (Replace the lower end wear ring to clean up the debris) 6. The pumping liquid density is too large or the viscosity is too high. (Re-equipped with matching pumps) 7. The impeller is detached or damaged. (Reinstall or replace) 8. When multiple pumps share the output of the pipeline, there is no one-way valve installed or the one-way valve is not tightly sealed. When the submersible pump is running, the current is too large, and the adjustment of the pump valve and the mechanical failure of the motor have a certain relationship. The main reasons are as follows:

1. Wear of the motor guide bearing, wear of the pump rubber bearing, wear of the seal ring wear motor or the pump, the submersible pump will be in an abnormal working state on the machine, which will seriously damage the submersible pump and cause the stator winding to burn out. The treatment is to repair or replace the damaged bearing and bushing. 2. The flow rate of the submersible pump is too large or too small. The flow rate of the submersible pump exceeds the range of use, which will overload the motor: for centrifugal pump or mixed flow pump, if the flow rate is too large, the shaft power of the pump will increase, which will overload the motor; The water pump is too small, and the shaft power of the pump increases, which will overload the motor. The treatment method is to adjust the valve appropriately, and reduce the flow rate of the centrifugal water pump or the mixed flow water pump (to increase the axial flow water pump) so that the flow rate of the water pump is within the normal use range. 3, submersible pump shaft bending, bearing different heart this kind of serious situation, should be immediately repaired, straighten the curved shaft, replace the unqualified bearings, re-assemble the submersible pump. 4. The wear of the thrust bearing and the wear of the submersible pump impeller and the lower cover will also cause the submersible pump to be in an abnormal working state on the machine, and the submersible electric pump will be seriously damaged. The treatment method is to check the cause of the wear of the thrust bearing, whether the mechanical seal of the shaft extension end is damaged, and sand, impurities and the like enter the inner cavity of the motor, thereby causing excessive wear of the thrust bearing. If it is caused by mechanical seal, replace the mechanical seal of the shaft extension end while repairing or replacing the worn thrust bearing, thrust disc and impeller, lower cover and other parts. 5. When the submersible pump is running, the current is too large and the selection is related. The submersible pump chooses the head to be too large, and the actual used lift is small.
