3, voltage measurement: Regulation requirements voltage range should be within 5% of the rated voltage of soil. If this range is exceeded, taps should be used to adjust the voltage to the specified range. The voltmeter is generally used to measure the secondary winding terminal voltage and the end user's terminal voltage.

4, insulation resistance measurement: In order to make the transformer is always in normal operation, insulation resistance must be measured to prevent insulation aging and the Secretary to do the accident. When measuring, it is necessary to try to stop the transformer. Measure the insulation resistance of the transformer with a shake meter, and the measured resistance is not lower than 70% of the previously measured value.
