To elevate its capabilities, we’ve replaced it with a KKE front fork boasting a 203mm stroke. Known for manufacturing premium components for motocross motorcycles, KKE collaborated closely with our team to tailor this fork specifically for the Top 3.0. This upgrade enables the use of a more robust rotor with a larger diameter, effectively combining the power of a motorcycle with the convenience of an e-bike. We’ve also made strides in improving the braking system. The Top 3.0 initially featured Tektro HD-E525 brakes with dual front rotors, requiring two Cooma 203mm discs to manage the heat generated by stopping a heavy and speedy e-bike like the Top 3.0. Our engineering team decided to switch to the 200F-180R brake system, originally designed for e-scooters but customized to fit our rigorous standards. The upgraded system incorporates a single Bengal OD-203C 203mm brake disc, allowing for thicker rotors of up to 220mm in diameter. This design not only prevents overheating under demanding conditions but also enhances reliability and longevity. Cyclists can now enjoy greater safety, especially at high speeds, without worrying about frequent replacements.
