A few days ago, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the State Bureau of Foreign Experts approved 33 institutions to establish key scientific research centers for international technological cooperation. Among them is the Shanxi Coal Chemical Technology International R&D Center, recommended by the Shanxi Provincial Science and Technology Agency. The center has already made notable progress, with its project titled “Keystone Theory and Technology for the Efficient Use of Lignite for Clean Utilization” being officially recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology as an international cooperation initiative. Since the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, the institute has significantly expanded its international partnerships, creating a more comprehensive and dynamic framework for global collaboration. The establishment of these key R&D centers provides a stronger platform for the Shanxi Coal Chemical Institute to access global innovation resources and further strengthen its research capabilities.
