This message is from Jeff Braun, Jr. Here are some photos capturing the Box Alarm response to a house fire that occurred at 3310 S. Home Ave. in Berwyn. The fire was reported around 11:45 AM. Fire units arrived on scene and immediately encountered heavy smoke and visible flames coming from the roof. A Box Alarm was called approximately 10 minutes into the incident. Tragically, one victim was found deceased at the scene. The images below provide a visual account of the emergency response and the intensity of the fire.
